I know your situation...
I’ve been there too

On one hand, I was happy, fulfilled by success and satisfied clients, but on the other hand, I knew something was missing – yet that voice was drowned out by daily tasks.

I know your situation... I’ve been there too

On one hand, I was happy, fulfilled by success and satisfied clients, but on the other hand, I knew something was missing – yet that voice was drowned out by daily tasks.

About Me

At 21, full of uncertainties and inspiration, I moved to Hamburg to study Work Psychology and Education. At the same time, I deepened my knowledge in counseling and training whenever the opportunity arose – at the university, in companies, in scientific projects, and at privately organized events. During this time, I combined my passion for holistic personal development with the effectiveness of mindfulness techniques.

A pivotal moment in my life was meeting one of the leading teachers in this field. His techniques and knowledge fundamentally changed my self-understanding and way of life. After my studies, I obtained qualifications in systemic counseling and Co-Active Coaching.

A traditional career in the corporate world has never appealed to me. Instead, I’ve always pursued the dream of helping people unlock their full potential. After gaining initial experience in employment, I took the leap into self-employment and founded my own company in Berlin.

For years, I supported entrepreneurs in building their businesses, positioning themselves in the market, and strengthening their leadership skills. I also collaborated with universities, chambers of commerce, and economic development agencies on succession planning projects.

As an auditor, I conducted audits across Europe for a leading telecommunications company to ensure high standards in partner collaboration.

In recent years, my focus has shifted to mindfulness coaching for leaders. Leadership always starts with ourselves – whether at home, as a teacher, or as an executive in a global company.

Today, I live on two continents – in Canada and Europe – which shapes both my professional and personal life in new ways.

The pillars of my work

As a coach, psychologist, mindfulness trainer, and yoga instructor I base my work on essential pillars that support leaders in developing self-awareness, increasing personal efficiency, and achieving a balance between work and personal life.

„Each of us carries incredible potential and hidden wisdom within. It’s up to us whether we allow ourselves to discover this uniqueness and beauty that comes from our personal values.

This opportunity arises in moments of reflection and stillness.

It is the foundation on which we can create the scenario of our lives, allowing us to play the leading role with full inspiration.“

MY PERSONAL STORY

I understand your situation because I have spent years fully dedicating myself to my work. I combined my private life with professional success and took care of myself while fulfilling my commitments. Although I felt fulfilled, I had the sense that something was missing, but in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I didn’t realize what it was.

Until the moment my body showed me my limits. I became ill and needed several months to recover, during which I had time for reflection and to make new decisions. I traveled to India to return to a life that no longer truly felt like mine. I realized that applying knowledge and actually living it are two completely different things. To change our environment, we must first look within. Mindfulness is the key – only then can we truly be there for others while also respecting our own needs.
