The coaching I offer is a space for change – specific, practical, and tailored to your needs. It’s, above all, your space – free from rigid frameworks, always focused on what is most important to you at any given moment.

DURING OUR SESSIONS:​

You will find a balance between what’s important and what truly matters in your life.

You will learn to better manage your energy so you can achieve your goals without constant fatigue.

You will gain a clearer understanding of which actions bring real results and which drain your energy.

You will create a change plan based on your values and capabilities.

Here, you’ll find specific tools and methods to support your efficiency and well-being, enabling you to act with full energy and without burning out.

HOW DOES IT WORK IN PRACTICE?

First session: We define what is most important to you and what changes you want to make.

Subsequent sessions: Each meeting is a time to analyze your current situation and make decisions on which actions best align with your goals. We work on implementing specific solutions in your life.

Flexibility: If you feel you need more sessions, we will adjust the number to fully achieve your goals.

Closing: After completing the agreed number of sessions, we summarize the changes and create a plan for your further independent actions.

DURATION AND STRUCTURE

The coaching typically lasts 6–10 sessions. The number of sessions allows for achieving concrete results and can be adjusted if needed.

This program merges modern approaches with traditional wisdom, incorporating positive psychology, Vedic knowledge and methods, coaching, mindfulness, and bodywork to help you regain energy, harmony, and effectiveness in daily life.

Over four weeks, you’ll implement simple and lasting changes tailored to your life. The program includes individual sessions and self-directed practices, with each week focusing on a different aspect of your development.

Bodywork: Introducing yoga practices tailored to your needs.

  • You will utilize the latest discoveries in neurobiology to achieve the best results for yourself.
