This program is dedicated to leaders who face the daily challenges of management, high responsibility, and stress. It’s not just support for professional effectiveness, but also for taking care of yourself, so you can have the energy and space for your personal life.

HOW DOES IT LOOK?

First Session: Awareness and Assessment of Your Current Situation

At the beginning, we will focus on your daily life, challenges, and priorities. We’ll assess what needs attention – your habits, approach to energy management, and how you handle stress. We will define the goal that matters most to you.

Each session provides space to work on specific aspects:

Stress Management: You’ll learn simple techniques to help you manage tension in dynamic situations.

Energy and Regeneration: You will discover how to take care of your resources and introduce regenerative rituals throughout your day.

Mindfulness and Focus: We’ll work on being more present and focused, both at work and in your personal life.

Work-life Balance: You will create healthy boundaries to help you function effectively in both areas.
